How do the Bloody Mary and Candyman legends go?

Bloody Mary-

there are alot of legends like she throws you a baby, or gives you a scar but the one i believe is that if you say her name three times in a mirror then she will appear. Nothing really happens except she haunts you day and night and when you go to the bathroom you will always see her face in the mirror. I have done this numorous times and the scariest thing that happened was my door wouldn't open and i felt someone's cold hand touch my shoulder. Here is how you do Bloody Mary-

1. you need at least three people

2. you need a candle (light it!)

3. the lights must be off and the door, locked

4. you hold hands and one person puts their hand on the mirror

5. you close your eyes and say

"Bloody mary bloody mary i stole your baby, bloody mary"

three times

6.you watch the candle and if the flicker turns blue you yell

"Bloody mary bloody mary bloody mary." three times

7. stare into the mirror

*you should see a face (not yours) that is all cut up or you will hear a scream and the mirror will turn red for a few seconds.*

tell me if it worked for you (worked for me)

And candyman i have always heard (not sure if it's true) that he was a man who had a hook for a hand and used to take peoples eyes out and serve them as those funny candies. when someone bought one and ate it they were cursed and died. i am not sure how to call upon him but i think you have to do the same as bloody mary and just yell candyman candyman come out where ever you can and you should hear something then see him behind you

tell me if candyman works k?

Myths about Bloody Mary?

Myths about Bloody Mary?

Bloody Mary (in folklore), is a legendary ghost or spirit conjured to reveal the future. She is said to appear in a mirror when her name is called multiple times. The Bloody Mary apparition may be benign or malevolent, depending on historic variations of the legend. The Bloody Mary appearances are mostly "witnessed" in teenage group participation games, often as part of a game of truth or dare.

Historically, the ritual encouraged young women to walk up a flight of stairs backwards while holding a candle and a hand mirror, in a darkened house. As they gazed into the mirror, they were supposed to be able to catch a view of their future husband's face.[1] There was, however, a chance that they would see a skull (or the face of the Grim Reaper) instead, indicating that they were destined to die before they married.[1][2]

In the present day, the summoning ritual requires that the lead participant must not look directly for Bloody Mary, but at their own image in the mirror. Variations of the incantation ritual involves: the number of times Bloody Mary's name is called; spinning (or not) after every repetition of the name; and the adding of the phrase "I've got your baby."[citation needed] The modern ritual addition of taunting Bloody Mary regarding her baby indicates the legendary figure's tenuous connection to Queen Mary I, also known as "Bloody Mary", whose life was marked by a number of miscarriages or false pregnancies.[3]
