Halcyon Days is a compilation album by English band Strawbs. Although credited to Strawbs it does contain three Hudson Ford tracks and a Dave Cousins solo track (taken from his album Two Weeks Last Summer).

Halcyon Days is the eighth studio album by American singer and pianist Bruce Hornsby. The album, recorded with his touring band the Noisemakers, was released in 2004. It was Hornsby's first release with Columbia Records.

It's the smell of burning leaves for me. Since we can no longer burn them where I live, that smell carries me back to the 6 and 7 year old girl coming home from school in the fall and catching that lovely aroma on the air.

1985, I didn't have many :-(

I've certainly had halcyon days in the past, and I firmly believe I'll have more in the future. As is often said, life is a series of ups and downs, good and bad, etc., but I don't think I'll ever reach a point where I think "it's downhill all the way from now on" (I certainly hope not anyway). I believe that different phases of life bring new challenges as well as new opportunities for happiness, I honestly think it all depends on your outlook and your attitude. :).
