Help with Allergies!!?
I just read an article about allergies in this month's Health magazine. Their recommendations were to check the National Allergy Bureau's Web site (Aaaai.org/nab) for the daily ranking of allergens and stay in when levels are high. If you need to be in your yard or do gardening and you are alone you can wear a mask. Wash your hair at night to rinse the pollen out. Stress levels also can raise allergy reactions. Using a saline sinus rinse found at drugstores like a netipot may help as well. Allegra may help as well as Xyzal if Zyrtec is not working or use a spray like Flonase. Other things like keeping your house clean and if you have pets to keep them out of your room or where you are most often and using dehumidifiers may help as well. Hope this helps!
I have directed you to a site that is entitled "Every day is a holiday". It has monthly awareness also. For example, May was National Safety Month
Correct Posture Month
National Allergy/Asthma Month
National Physical Fitness and Sports Month
National High Blood Pressure Month
Fibromyalgia Education & Awareness Month
That is the best site for what you want so you will have several things to choose from.
All the best...
