There really is no market for CRT monitors or TVs. I took a perfectly good 19 inch CRT monitor to the dump last week (it was one of their free electronic recycle days).
The best you can probably do is donate a working CRT TV to the Salvation Army or Goodwill Industries, which should get you a small tax deduction. Some people still retain them for use with basic cable (no box), or an old VCR or DVD player.
Is there a free website for this? ?
None that I know of.
But, Goodwill Industries will find lost relatives for free. They found my half-brother and he was on a different continent and hadn't been seen or heard from for decades. It took them about three weeks to find him!
