Maybe you are considered inhumane because you are willing to help and spend your money on other poor countries but I dont ever see our government stepping up to help our neighbor. What do these countries need? A massive earthquake, volcano eruption or tsunami?

Maybe if some of us took the time to help these countries reach out to their government we would see less illegals. We want to see Iraq be democratic why not Mexico? Or is the only reason we cant help them because we have no reason to bomb them? (we really didnt with Iraq tho either)

Drink lots of water, eat lots of fresh fruit and veggies. Meat is fine. Eat baked fish and meat whenever possible, and try to eat small meals like 4 or 5 times a day. When you starve your self your body goes into starvation mode and holds on to every calorie which makes it harder to lose weight. And I always allow myself one day of amnesty! I eat whatever I want on that day!

My Friends Mom hasn't been heard from in about 12 years. Dad may have been very bad. What do they do ?
