Can't draw for days - a sort of artist block?

It's known as "lost of inspiration moment".. or so that's what I called it. I had times like that too , it's like whatever you try to draw doesn't seem good at all. Just don't keep trying , put down your pencil for a while and go have some fun. Then before you know it , the inspiration will somewhat return to you naturally.

Is there anything wrong with only drawing in black and white? Pencil drawings?

There is absolutely NOTHING wrong with drawing in black and white. I prefer drawing in pencil and then leaving it colorless. The reason I leave it colorless is because I always mess the picture up when I put color into it. I think it's totally okay to do black and white drawings. I'm sure that there will always be someone who will appreciate and admire your art. Good luck with the color pencils! ^^
