The health rating is only an estimate as to whether the torrent will download.

seeds are people who feed the system and peers are all people who are on the system sharing that file...

trackers are not what they sound like they are harmless in that sense. but i cant really explain beyond the fact that they are the means by wihich the files are found and organized on your computer to connect to others sharing that file

first you need the torrent program (bit torrent or some other.

then you go online and search for torrent files and download them onto your drive.

then you enter your torrent program and select add torrent then browse for the torrent files and they should probably start automatiacally. then go out with the guys and do whatever (for 2 or three days sometimes if its a big movie or tv series)

Why does a torrent take days to download?

The speed of your torrent download is dependent on the number of seeds and leachers available.

Seed = someone that is purely allowing others to download from them

Leacher = Someone that is downloading and most of the time uploading to others at the same time.

Typically a higher seed to leacher ratio makes for faster downloads.
