If your doctor's office usually calls you the day before, then they should still call you to remind you, regardless of when you made the appointment (unless you make it the day before).

I used to work at a dentist's office, and we would just look at the page in the appointment book for the next day and call everyone and remind them, regardless of when the appointments were made.

I had a chemical pg in August, it was much like you are describing, only I had taken an early result hpt and gotten three positives in a matter of four days, so I was beginning to get really excited about it. But then AF showed up at the end of that week, wierd, extremely heavy from the start and gone by the following morning. My periods usually last five to seven days. Well, four days after my 'period' I was able to see a doctor and even though they took blood he told me it was more likely a chemical pregnancy and that the blood test would probably not pick up any elevated hCG from it, so there was really no way he could confirm except by symptoms and the tests that I had brought in to show him. I really felt very confused, as I really had no other symptoms to go by except for these pee-worn hpt tests, which was really heartbreaking for me.

Surely enough, my hCG levels by that time were below 5 (3.99 to be exact) and I was DEVASTATED to say the least. Somehow its just not enough to chalk it up to to 'well, better luck next time'. No, for more than a few days I couldn't even get out of bed.

*sigh*..... Anyway, I don't know why I'm talking about it, guess like you, things like this just stick in your mind until you forget or until you get an answer. Well, hun, I really don't have any 'answers' but you have support here, from women like me and others who are seeking answers.
