Beer Day 2021 is on Wednesday, April 7, 2021: Is it okay to have one beer a day?
Wednesday, April 7, 2021 is Beer Day 2021.
Whether you’re a lager lover or perhaps a cask ale connoisseur, there isn’t any excuse to not raise a glass to a different yearly installment of Beer Day – the right chance for beer machines, retailers and purchasers to boost their chilled glasses in celebration from the earliest, and many popular alcoholic drink in the world! Founded in 2007, Beer Day has become 5 years old and it is consistently getting larger and larger each year.Bars, restaurants and pubs around the globe participate in using the celebration, so it’s simpler than ever before to exhibit your appreciation for anyone who brew beer, and individuals who allow it to be readily available for all of us to consume with that parched summer’s mid-day.To find yourself in Beer Day, take a look at their official website.
One beer a day is a very modest quantity. Assuming you mean the standard US beer that is rather less than one Imperial pint. I have drunk two Imperial pints most days for the past 50 year and I am still hale and hearty.
Take no notice of those who claim that beer is fattening - it has far fewer calories than the snacks that most people eat with the beer. I am 5'11" and weigh 11.5 stone (161 pounds).
Good beer (not US mass-market beers) are full of nutrients and are even better for your health than is red wine.
will beer a day destroy my health?
A consumption of around 2 beers per day is healthy. Here a beer is 355mL (12oz US), and 5% ABV.
Since your beers are 500mL and 8%ABV, this translates into a 355mL beer with 11.25%, or two 355mL beers with 5.6%.
So, yes, that is actually not a single beer but a little bit more than 2 beers. It is still healthy.
Note that a long term moderate drinker will generally have reduced chances of heart problems (which is a leading cause of death), but will have increased chances of cancer of the mouth, esophagus, and stomach. This is still a net benefit, however, as the heart disease rates go down much more than the cancer rates go up. Keep that in mind, and if you start to drink 2 cans a day you will be closer to 5 beers a day, which is when you will develop liver problems on the long term and you will actually get heart problems. So, 1 can net benefit, 2 cans certain health consequences.
is drinking 2 to 3 beers a day bad for my health?
beer is good for your blood, medically proven. but the bloatedness that your getting is most likely from the intake of carbs from the beer and the lack of proper exercise to burn off what you have put in. try walking for a lil while a day or do light cardio, and see what happens.
