Nation Chocolate Chip Cookie Day, National Family Day, National Don't Buy Gas Day?
I realize that with a mere 365 days and like a bajillion things to celebrate, it clogs the calendar but this is too much.
What I will do is get the family in the car to drive to the gas station and sit in front of the pump, eating cookies.
Don't worry, I'll bring enough cookies for everyone!

Well I didn't know that, I guess I gotta make some Magic Cookie Bars
1/2 cup butter, melted
1-1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
14 ounce can Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
6 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
3-1/2 ounce can flaked coconut
1 cup pecans, chopped
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a 9X13 baking pan, pour melted butter. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over butter then pour sweetened condensed milk over the crumbs. Top with remaining ingredients. Bake 25 minutes. Cool. Chill in refrigerator for 2 hours. Cut into bars.
