Check the connection between the battery post and the battery terminal (on both positive and negative). Make sure they are both clean and shiny and absent of any major discolration or corrosion. A bad connection can keep your battery from charging correctly, plus it can give you incorrect readings on tests if you hook the tester to the terminals instead of the posts, like telling you that the alternator test checked good when really it's having a hard time charging the battery through the bad connections.

If the connections are fine, then it's your battery - replace it

Check your battery cables for corrosion, and remember to check their connection to ground and to the solenoid. If these connections are clean and tight then you need to do a draw test, something is staying on and drawing amperage from your battery, hook up an ammeter and check the draw on the battery (should be in the milliamp range for computer and radio stay alive memory) if it is in the amp range go to your fuse panel and one by one pull each fuse and when the draw goes away that is the circuit staying on. Search that circuit for the problem and fix it.

Is this battery sealed or has caps for servicing the cells? Your data of 14 volts for the battery does not compute. Batteries are 12 volts. The alternator puts out 14 to 14.4 volts to run the car systems and to charge the battery. To check the battery the car must be off. Then check the volts. IF the volts are OK then what you have are one or more bad cells. That cannot be detected by checking the volts. It is just something people know. Good voltage but battery drains, new or old, sealed or not, the battery is bad. The fuse issue you mention is not a factor. It means you have an electrical problem with that particular circuit that needs to be mended by a mechanic. I had the same issue with a one year old battery. It would not stay charged. Got a new one. Case closed. Best of luck.
