Many hospitals have information regarding social groups for their patients.
I live on social security disablity only,,, on medicare ?
This chart, prepared by the Ohio Legal Rights Service, gives a good overview:
On Mccain's website, he promises to:
achieve savings in Medicare without reducing benefits or eligibility.
Promote payment reform
Eliminate Medicare fraud and abuse
Ensure that drug premiums for the wealthiest Americans are not being subsidized by the middle class. (This has nothing to do with Medicare. I'm just giving you his Health Plan highlights.)
Promote a new generation of treatment models that better manage chronic care conditions while rewarding prevention and wellness.
Greater use of Health IT and medical homes to promote greater co-ordination of care.
Reduce drug costs by allowing greater use of generics (including bio-generics).
Obama's Plan for Medicare:
Prevent private insurance waste and abuse in Medicare.
Allow consumers to import safe drugs from other countries.
Prevent drug companies from blocking generic drugs from consumers.
Allow Medicare to negotiate for cheaper drug prices.
The 2003 Medicare Prescription Drug Improvement and Modernization Act bans the government from negotiating down the prices of prescription drugs, even though the Department of Veterans Affairs’ negotiation of prescription drug prices with drug companies has garnered significant savings for taxpayers. Barack Obama and Joe Biden will repeal the ban on direct negotiation with drug companies and use the resulting savings, which could be as high as $30 billion, to further invest in improving health care coverage and quality.
I am also disabled, and on SSDI & Medicare. Even with Rheumatoid Arthritis (one of my disabilities), I have been volunteering for Campaign for Change to try to help get Obama elected.
Read each of the candidate's health care plans completely, & then decide. I wish you the best.

Community Choice Act
McCain does not support this.
Obama does (in fact he co-sponsored this bill.)
This is of great importance to those of us with disabilities.
I quit my Cymbalta 3 months ago...is it normal to feel this way?
Seems to me your primary issue is still anxiety and depression. I'm not a fan of SSRI drugs, which includes Cymbalta. My own experience with them wasn't positive, and the idea that all our mood and emotional disorders can be addressed by raising our serotonin levels is pretty silly.
I think the question is, was your life better while taking the pills? If yes, you should consider going back on them. If no, seek alternative treatments, like therapy. If you can't afford counseling, you may find low/no cost help here:
Also, consider that our bodies were created/evolved to be out in the sun, and moving. Our modern sedentary lifestyle is potentially deadly. Try to get half an hour [or more] sunshine everyday to increase vitamin D; half an hour [or more] exercise everyday to release endorphins; 5htp to increase serotonin; St. John's Wort [900mg/day]; Sam-E for positive outlook; Fish oil caps for the positive effect of Omega 3 fats; less computer and couch time; more action and activities time; more social interaction face to face; happy, energetic music to get you up, out, and moving.
I know that won't be easy with kids and a job, but maybe you can incorporate them into your wellness practices to build a happier future for your whole family.
