I think both would be great, mixed together, or separate. My only advice is ,DO NOT GET WHITE. I got white one time and I ate cheese doodles a few days after my orthodontist appointment and the ligatures (the plastic colored part) turned an orangey-yellow and I was stuck with it for one month. It was awful, so embarrassing! So go, have fun, mix up the colors; but steer clear of white. :) G'luck!

Cut out all soda, especially so called diet selections. Eat healthy meals and exercise at least a half an hour per day. Eat vegetables and fruit more, avoid junky snack type foods, especially those that are bright orange in color such as cheese doodles. These are loaded with chemicals and colorants that are bad for you and they are wasted calories.
