i have heard than eating more than 2 eggs a week is very bad then 3 years of every day eggs sandwich.........you shall think of changing this .

-Cold cuts are very high in sodium, are you stacking that turkey high or what?

-Mayonnaise is very high in fat

-Bread is very high in carbs

-Cheese is very high in fat.

-Butter is very high in fat

Substitute mayonnaise (if thats what you're using) for mustard.
