yogurt is dairy.
dairy is bad.
it creates a lot of mucous.
its hard to cough out mucous while recovering from a tonsillectomy.
(this is why you are not supposed to have ice cream. everyone says "you can eat all the ice cream you want" but that was waaaaay back in the day. NOW doctors tell you NOT to have it and to not have any dairy)
you should not be having dairy until at least day 10 post op.
