I prefer the deep dish pizza to the thinner crust pizza.

That said if I do have a thin crust pizza I like one that has a crispy crust not a floppy one like the New York style pizzas that I have had.

So I guess the answer is if you can fold the pizza in half to eat it I probably won't like it. Deep Dish you can't fold and the crispy crust would crack if you tried to fold it.

i dont know a specific recipe but i was watching man vs food the other day and this guy layed out his dough in the pan and layered with slices of cheese. he said it helps keep the sauce from making the dough soggy during cooking. then he added the sauce and then MOAR CHEEZ! get your favorite cheeses and create your pizza! have fun!
