along with some water to a blender or if juicing to a juicer. with a juicer drink within 20 minutes no pulp empty stomach dont refrigerate but take fresh each time so it goes to healing and repair and not digestion, with smoothies can take pulp, food, and refrigerate for 2 or 3 days.
Also do hot and clod showers to the head do as hot and as cold as you can working up or down in degrees with time one minute hot then switch to ice cold 7 repetitions of each if any part of body is sick or hurts also do the water hydrotherapy tot hat area while massaging. Finish with vigorous head massage when done.
Also a stimulating exciting environment can grow new dendrites and neurons into old age making one smarter.. do things to exercise the brain like memorizing quotes or passages from book or bible, crossword puzzles and word searches etc.
Finally add deep breathing and if possible aerobic exercise.
I have had stomach pains for 3 months. If over the counter stuff is not helping, should I eat flakangria?
I have no idea what 'flakangria' is. But I can tell you the best thing for upset stomach/diarrhea: green plantain soup, with some salt and optionally a few flavourings and fillers like onion, garlic, potatoes, pasta, soup bones, herbs, etc. (but the crucial ingredient is the green plantain). Just grate the green plantain into a bowl of water and boil it with salt and the optional ingredients for 20 to 30 minutes.
If you don't happen to have access to green plantains (in other words, basically if you don't live in Latin America) a simple chicken noodle soup does wonders too...
