How many days is Eid Al Fitr?
In one country if Eid Al Fitr is celebrated today then it can be tomorrow in another country. Like wise it takes almost 3 days to end the celebrations of Eid Al Fitr completely in different parts of the world. Sighting of the moon differs in different parts of the world.

Eid al Fitr is not until October this year. October 13 to be exact.
If you are talking about going during Ramadan (which is September 13 to October 13) then there are some things you need to know.
During Ramadan, stores are closed during the day and the night is full of life. Since there is no eating, drinking, sex during the day this makes sense.
It is not the best time to be a "tourist" if you are not going to be respectful of the religion and customs (no smoking, no drinking, no swearing, etc...).
