If you want to lose weight in a healthy way....eat healthy, in moderation, small portions, 3 meals a day plus 2 snacks, no low fat/no fat or no calorie/low calorie products. Eat grains, carbs, healthy fats, dairy, vegetables, fruit, protein, etc. And exercise! Walking and swimming are the best.
These pills don't do anything but cause problem with your gallbladder, liver, kidneys, pancreas, intestinal track...and the rest of your body's systems. Why would you want to harm your body in order to lose weight? Much of the harm cannot be undone.
See a doctor, nutritionist and/or dietitian. stop the pills. Losing weight isn't complicated.

You also should lift weights b/c you just don't want to gain belly fat. Compound lifts from free weights is a good starting point. Compound lifts include bench press, dips, pulls ups, push ups, dead lifts, squats, lunges etc. Lean muscle will go a long way.
