Was this an okay eating day?? (5’2, 157lbs, 1300 calorie diet)?

It looks good, although I'd switch the white bread for whole-grain. And that Chipotle bowl if it was something premade may be loaded with sodium.

A better way to track you diet and nutrients are through ChooseMyPlate.gov's Analyze My Diet

Find the Analyze My Diet link on the right side of the page. You input what you eat and how much for however long you want (a day, a week, whatever) and It'll let you know how you're doing and make suggestions to improve what you're eating as far as vitamins, minerals, and the bad stuff you don't want.

EDIT: IF all you're concerned about is weight, then yes, calories are important. Calories taken in beyond what your metabolism uses is what makes you gain weight.

If however, you're looking at your overall well-being, 1,300 calories worth of sugar and soda doesn't equal 1,300 calories of a well-balanced diet. Fiber, protein, vitamins, and minerals also important, as well as how your food is prepared (raw or baked vs fried, for example). Given your food choices (instead of eating 1,300 calories worth of sugary cereal, hot dogs, fries, and full-fat ice cream), it seems like you're making the attempt to eat healthy choices as well losing weight.

So I stand by my suggestion to change from white to whole-grain bread and to avoid processed food which might contain excess salt.

PS Don't sweat the Skinny Cow ice cream. While it might seem like an "indulgence" nothing wrecks a diet more than cravings for a food that's "forbidden". Better to occasionally treat yourself to a limited amount of healthier version of food that to totally go off the diet and eat something because of a craving. And knowing that treat is going to be available (at dinner, tomorrow, on Sunday) may even help you control your cravings at other times.

It will take time to lose the weight, yes, but you didn't become overweight in a week, or a month did you? Realistically, you won't lose the weight that fast either. Don't think so much of "dieting" as making healthy lifestyle changes that you will continue to do. And yes, you will occasionally make mistakes with food choices, or not feel well enough to work out every day. Thing like these will happen to everybody. But remember that even if you slip up or fall behind that you can pick up again the next day/when you are feeling better. Nothing sidetracks you though as much as trying too hard, too fast, and making such drastic changes that you can't keep them up.

Good luck with losing the weight!

Is Chipotle addictive?

Is Chipotle addictive?

Nothing in it other then the wonderful taste of food that you can't get out of your mind. Wherever you go it follows and the smell, oohhhh, the smell! It lingers everywhere you go, when your at the mall looking for a cute outfit for tomorrows date, when your in the shower rinsing the shampoo off your hair, and especially when your sleeping, it becomes even more vivid in your mind. I TOTALLY get where your coming from.

I was fired after 3 days of working! do you honestly think this is fair?

Food handlers have to have their hair totally under control at all times or wear a hairnet. You did not comply. I am surprised they put up with you for three days.
