Kundrakudi Adigalar was a great and rare soul whose ministry to the Hindus under his care was a shining example for the rest of the Hindu world.
Kundrakudi Adigalar was a member of the presidential committee of the all India peace council. His laudable services to the public had for him permanent place in the hearts of all Tamilians.The government of Tamilnadu, in appreciation and recognition of his talents and services nominated him to the upper house, the legislative council.
Always striving for consensus, his Village Planning Forum model of Kundrakudi village drew scientists, bankers, government officials and local citizens together to implement five-year development plans and won him international acclaim. In 1994 the International Lion's Club awarded him the Melvyn Jones Fellowship Award for outstanding service to society.

Me personally, not. I am a teacher. I am sending my daughter to preschool two mornings a week next year so she can learn the things I cannot teach her like playing nicely with kids her age,t aking direction from an authority figure that is not her parent, etc. I can read with her!
My organization granted me 21 days leave in a year is it sufficient to serve in TA? Wat is d min period?
The TA expects you to complete a number of training days per annum. IIRC, this is 21 TDs. These don't have to be completed as full days: a training evening counts as a quarter day and opportunities for half-days also crop up. You are expected to do at least one weekend and a two-week block of service (which is usually a camp fortnight, but can be spent in other duties). If you complete your minimum requirement, you receive a Training Bonus of about £1500 (so not to be sneezed at!).
Your organization only gives 21 days' holiday so, strictly speaking, you will have to use up at least ten of these on your annual camp. However, having said that, more enlightened and intelligent organizations in the private and public sectors offer additional leave (the standard is five days) for members of the TA who provide written evidence of completing their annual camp. This is a recognition not only of the patriotic commitment of the TA member but also of the added value that is obtained from having members of the TA in the workforce.
You do have a legal obligation to inform your employer if you are a member of the TA. You should find out about such additional support when you inform them. You may also like to find out about the protection offered both to TA members who are deployed and to organizations who lose vital personnel to operational tours.
