Wednesday, July 21, 2021 is Junk Food Day 2021.
Sometimes, the thought of being healthy, planning a well-balanced meal, and snack on carrot stays isn’t too appealing. Junk Food Day is about satisfying your urges for something naughtier, greasier, and certainly more fattening compared to dietary although not-very-exciting meal you will know you should be eating.
Depends on what you call junk food. My family is all-organic, so I'm the junkie if I eat too many carbs:(. I like kettle corn, greek yougurt w/ strawberries, IZZE (which is just carbonated juice). I have ice cream or custard about twice a week though. Naughty, right? I don't think kids should worry about what they eat. As long as you don't live on fast food, soda, and cookies, and you eat healthy portions, you should be fine. Have you read "French Women Don't Get Fat"? Good book. Just cut out all of the fake sweetner stuff in there. Those are worse than real sugar. Where was I? Oh yeah. Kids should have fun and enjoy life- just make sure to excersise!
Can't stop eating junk food all day?
Well, take all of the junk food out of your house. No matter how much you want it, you have to make your body resist the temptations. Take every sugary food out of your house and replace it with health food and continue your diet. You could try the special K challenge. I tried it and I loved it! The granola bars remind you of sweet foods, and it sure does help. You could also get a few friends and start a diet together. The trick is that you have to watch each other and watch what each other eats. The more you eat healthy, the less you'll eat bad food. If you want to go to a restaraunt, order a salad and NO DESSERT. If you love to bake, use splenda or bake healthy things, or even bake for other people and not yourself! :) You could also keep diet magazines around your house or pictures of in shape people and think to yourself "I want to look like that."

Can you get fat from eating junk food every day?
Well, yes you can get fat, but since you have such a high metabolism which is great, you stay skinny :) but I would advise you to cut back on your junk food eating as its still unhealthy for you and you need proper nutrient intake. Also all the junk food cant be good for your teeth. Moderate on your junk food habits a bit and you'll be fine. You still want to be healthy :)
