Toddlers do eat small meals and then snack all day long. That is what they do. I have a 2 year old and a 3 year old. I would just suggest varying the snacks and making sure they are healthy. Fruit snacks should be limited to a maximum of once a day. Goldfish are a pretty good/popular snack. If there are no allergies, peanut butter toast or sandwich is a good one. Some real fresh fruit, or some green beans or pea's or something are good. Some white or brown rice is a favorite snack of my kids. They also love nutra grain cereal bars. But yeah, as long as it's healthy, let him snack the day away! And as long as he is eating meals too with carbs and protein and meat and such!
Should I eat less on rest days?
Eat more since your rest day is just one day. Now if it was like 3 days I would say eat less but having one day where you eat more is beneficial as long as it's not all like pizza, burgers and crap like that.
How many meals do you eat a day?
i eat 5 meals a day and i like to eat i usually eat vege the least the most is fish and chicken but i cant be fat cause my metabolism is high so i will not become fat my height is 4 feet or higher or 5 feet or higher so long i didnt measure my height and my weight is more than 40kg even thought i like to eat lol. now i m 17
