Most sororities Don't haze. It's illegal and the consequences for getting caught or even accused are really severe, including losing the chapter, suspension from school as well as any criminal charges that ago along with it.

There are dress codes for certain events For example during recruitment we have guidelines like "wear letters and nice jeans" "wear a black cocktail dress." There only 2 "everyday" type rules. Don't wear letters and look like a mess, so if it's a sweatpants and no makeup no shower type morning I don't put on letters. When wearing the sorority pin you need to be in business casual clothing or nicer. Being in a sorority isn't like "Mean Girls" we don't all wear pink on Tuesdays.

the shoes are seventh grade-ish but the rest of the outfit just screams sixth grade, you should wear some dark wash jeans and (non-polo) tee shirt.
