They're two completely things. One is a desease and the other is a relion. Practising the muslim religion is not a bad thing and while having Neurofibromatosis sucks, it's not really a bad thing even though your going to have your good days and bad.
Now are there people who use the meslim religion and do evil acts, yes. But the same goes to anyone who believes in a religion or who doesn't. The fact of the matter is there are evil people in the world, some of which do their evil acts in the name of their religion, but that does not mean their religion is bad or that all people think this way.
