where do they celebrate the headless chicken?
In a little town called Fruita, Colorado they actually have an annual celebration called Mike the Headless Chicken Day. It's not a BIG event by any means but is more of a community excuse to have a little parade and get-together. They have you typical booths and food vendors. I'm not sure of the actual date but I know it's spring or summer.
