Is free slurpee day celebrated in November in Europe?

In most of Europe are no 7-Eleven shops. And if there are, they are likely to have different actions and special days from the shops in any other country, including the USA.

By the way, here in the Netherland it would be written 7-11-2009 for seven October 2009.

7/11 looks like a fraction to us, and we even do not use those often either. (We do go for decimal notation more often, or percentages.)
