How to build a nice body? Martial Arts or Weightlifting?

Weightlifting does not have to be done every day. You can do body splits in 3, 4, or 5 days. I'm thinking you rather do martial arts but I suggest you incorporate strength training at least 3 days a week. Bruce Lee was a martial artist who incorporated strength training in his regimen. Strength training will give some muscle but not a lot, that is what separates strength training from bodybuilding. One has to be physically and mentally strong in either one. Neither will be absolutely easy. It takes time and patience for everything. Diet will also give you about 80% of your results.

Sensei scandal is correct you need to eat a a balanced diet. A long with eating right you need to get at least 30 minutes to 60 minutes of cardio a day. You should start with 30 minutes of cardio and add 5 minutes to the cardio every 2 weeks until you get to 60 minutes.

I lost 50lbs in a little over 3 month. I was am shorter and was heavier than you.

You need to eat 6 times a day.

This is what I did and it changed slightly every 2 weeks.

breakfast - protein shake with 1 or 2 teaspoons of organic flax seed oil, with a few frozen fruit like strawberries or blueberries(must be a berry)

snack - 15 whole almonds (not salted or not roasted)

lunch - turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread, lettuce, tomato, and light mayo

snack - light and fit yogurt or string cheese

dinner - 10 oz grilled chicken breast no skin, 1 to 2 cups of steamed broccoli or asparugus, or green beans

snack - 1 Eddie's Popsicle real fruit not sugar added

The almonds give you protein and good fats, and fiber

Sometimes I would eat 10 baked Lays chips for carbohydrates for 2 weeks then no chips. Sometimes I would eat a whole wheat wrap in stead of sandwich bread. I would change to a chicken or turkey salad for lunch(lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers with light balsamic vinaigrette dressing)

Closer to the 3 months period I began to change one of the snacks to and orange or an apple (after lunch)

A couple of months into this eating plan I was able to eat if I chose to baked white fish instead of grilled chicken. I could eat a lean 6 to 8 oz sirloin steak no more than 3 times a week instead of grilled chicken

Then at the 3 months period I added more carbs. I was eating 2 cups of brown rice with my dinner.

One day of the week but I had to make it on the same day for 2 week I had a refueling dinner. Some people call this a cheat day. But it is just a day for you body to refuel on carbs. Your body needs some carbs as Scandal suggested. There are good carbs and bad carbs. Brown RIce, whole grain pasta, etc are examples of good carbs. A baked potato would be okay too. Avoid anything white like bread, pasta, rice. On the refuel night you can eat anything you want for dinner including pizza, but no fried food. grrrrrr I love fried food. Stay away from butter and other dairy products.

Only drink water or zero calories drinks.

The key to losing weight is burning more calories than you eat.

It will be fine to add some weights to your exercise program if you desire. But give yourself 24 hours rest between days that you use weights for a particular muscle.

Example

Arms/chest on Mon, Wed, Fri

Legs/ back/ shoulders on Tues and Thurs

No weights of Sat/Sun

That is an example of working out 5 days. Some people use a 2 day or 3 day work out plan. There a a few that work out 6 days. 5 or 6 days is a more advanced workout. Not for beginners.

You body has to get some rest. That is its time to refuel and to rebuild. Too much and you will burn out mentally and physically.

Change you workout routine every 4 to 6 weeks. If you don't your body will get used to it and will not change or stop developing. The change could be a different set of exercises you do for a muscle or more reps with less sets or less reps with more sets. I usually just do different exercises.

Your cardio you must push yourself. You must work up a good sweat.

Best wishes

are there some animes with really good art and with a complex or good story?

are there some animes with really good art and with a complex or good story?

Loveless has beautiful art with a complex and unique story.

In his first day at his new school, eleven-year-old Ritsuka Aoyagi meets a mysterious twenty-year-old male named Soubi Agatsuma. Soubi claims to be a good friend of Ritsuka's brother, Seimei, who was murdered a few months earlier. Upon the inspection of Seimei's abandoned computer files, Ritsuka discovers that an organization called 'Septimal Moon' (Nana no tsuki 七の月) was responsible for Seimei's death.

As Ritsuka quickly discovers, Seimei and Soubi acted as a pair involved in spell battles invoked by carefully selected words. Now Soubi is Ritsuka's 'sentouki', or Fighter Unit, and Ritsuka is his 'Sacrifice'. Together, they challenge Septimal Moon to find out the truth behind Seimei's murder and the reason for Ritsuka's amnesia, and form an intimate bond as they unravel the mystery.

It has a beautiful story line. The anime didn't portray it as much as I wanted it to, but it's still a beautiful anime to watch. I strongly recommend the manga, though.

Also:

Mushi-shi. The art is beautiful and simple, and the story is mythological and heart-breaking.

The story features ubiquitous creatures called Mushi that often display supernatural powers. Mushi are described as beings in touch with the essence of life, far more basic and pure than normal living things. Due to their ethereal nature most humans are incapable of perceiving Mushi and are oblivious to their existence, but there are a few who possess the ability to see and interact with Mushi.

One such person is Ginko (ギンコ?), the main character of the series. He employs himself as a Mushi master (蟲師 mushi-shi?), traveling from place to place to research Mushi and aid people suffering from problems caused by them.

There is no stable plot, as it follows Ginko. Each episode has a story of its own. Some ends with death, and some ends in tears. It's a really heart-breaking, beautiful, but slow anime. It's slow-paced, not action paced.

Durarara! is also an anime with good art, well done character portraying, with an extremely complex yet stable story.

Mikado Ryūgamine, a young boy who longs for the exciting life of the big city, moves to Ikebukuro at the invitation of his childhood friend Masaomi Kida, whom he has not seen since he was young, to attend Raira Academy with him. After meeting Masaomi at the train station, they both set out at night to the streets of Ikebukuro. Masaomi warns him about people he doesn't want to cross in the city: like a violent and superhumanly strong man, Shizuo Heiwajima, an information broker, Izaya Orihara, and a mysterious gang known as "The Dollars." After running into some of the side characters, Mikado witnesses a local legend called the "Black Rider", who rides around Ikebukuro on a black bike that occasionally brays like a horse and also rumored to have no head under its helmet. The "Black Rider" is Celty Sturluson, an Irish Dullahan who is in Ikebukuro looking for her stolen head. The narrative follows all of the characters equally, showing how their lives intersect, creating a greater plotline from what each character knows about a common incident.

It's basically life on the streets of Ikebukuro. There are secrets meant to be kept secret, yet meant to be exposed as well. As you go further into the anime, you'll find out many shocking secrets about each character, and the hidden darkness within Ikebukuro.

There are some of the anime shows that have good art with a complex story. Hope I helped a bit!
