True religious freedom?

Nope. These days people believe that religious freedom applies when you're the same religion as we are. Some are quite adamant about true religious freedom, but their few voices are drowned by the voices of the dominant religion shouting freedom for all followed by why every other religion is wrong and why they need to be taught about the "true" religion.

If they ever get rid of Religious freedom and separation of church and state?

religious freedom means that we get to practice or NOT practice according to our own personal beliefs.

my best friend is theist.

we equally have a right to the "religious freedom" of one another. it SHOULD not favor one of us over the other. it should blanket us both under the same privilege! because it IS a PRIVILEGE...be thankful that you have the freedom to argue such a suggestion. be thankful that you are not oppressed, and forced to practice a belief you do not agree with.

i am thankful EVERY DAY that i can say out loud, that i am proud to be an atheist. and i respect my best friend's ability to say also that she is proud to be a christian, and she respects me.

bickering among ourselves, name calling, throwing religion or atheism/agnosticism, in each others faces and finger pointing solves NOTHING.
