Anyone will be watching the XV Pan American Games - Rio 2007 :) ?

I am watching. The games this year are in Rio de Janeiro - Brazil. I feel bad that American Television have such a poor coverage of foreign events. Actually I just bought a channel called Globo tru comcast so I could watch everyday. But Ill bet you anything that if the Pan Am was in US territory. WOW. would be in every single channel. It is sad that here we need to go out of our way to find quality and impartial info.

Are the Pan American Games on TV?

Are the Pan American Games on TV?

The short awnser is yes, but you will need ESPN DEPORTES as they are the only network in the USA showing the full every day coverage.

ESPN will be showing the Men's Semifinal basketball game and ESPN2 will be showing boxing Finals. The last I read that's all the regulalar network coverage. Nothing at all on free TV such as ABC.

READ THE USOC press release for the full updates on the Pan American Games as well as checking at the results.

Finall you can watch streaming video and replays on ESPDEPORTES.COM. Hope you understand some Spanish as there was no English reporting from ESPN on the Pan American Games.
