Renew the mind:
Always have an unanswerable question to contemplate. Questions are more powerful than answers.
The only questions that really matter are the ones you ask yourself.

We Gain All Genuine Insight From Questions and Experiments.

Let go of anger (which is a completely different question):
Don't take anything personally. Once you realize nothing others do is about you, it is easier to let go of anger.
Don't Take Anything Personally.
Nothing others do is because of you.
- Miguel Angel Ruiz (don Miguel Ruiz)
Where there is no accusation of "fault,"
there can be no anger.

Whats on your otherwise blank mind these days ??
Sweety I wish I could blank my mind once in awhile.
I worry about so many things that it seems as if I never have a moments peace.
I worry about our economy.
I worry about the homeless.
I worry about the lack of Godliness in our schools.
I worry about animal abuse.
I especially worry about our soldiers.
I worry about children and spouses who are victims of child abuse.
I worry about yesterday, today and tomorrow.
Good Question, thank you
Is my mind degrading day by day?
You are being worried about the possible degradation of your mental qualities.
If you start with a plan and diligent dedicated procedures about what you are doing or hoping to do or are supposed to do (must do) in your life, you will transcend the question whether your mind is degrading and you will more bravely be struggling for a better creative more harmonious life of now and for future.
Worries about your state of mind may appear in you as if out of nothing, or triggered by some actions or events in your life. You may use some of your good moments of thinking about your state of mind and you may get some good insight about your ways of mind. Then you will try and contrive a strategy of cleverer improvement.
On the path or avenue of your own life it can be good of you to not indulge all too much in imaginings about your state of mind. You might try and do a procedure of some well organized plan. Better, you might try and do some great perspiring exertions, perhaps like the good old biblical way.
The good harmony of physical and intellectual work may help you a lot, so you may get in your mind, in your eyes, in your face, in the whole of your own person and personality, the great more sun-kissed glow of healthier more confident life.
