It sounds like you need the Star Wars Party Book -- yes, there is such a thing! I used it back in junior high when I had a Star Wars-themed birthday party and learned how to make an awesome Death Star pinata. There are different snacks and foods that you can make from it, so look through and see what interests you. One simple suggestion would just be the "blue milk" they drink on Tatooine -- just put some blue food coloring in milk to give it a slight tint.
