No, space travel is very limited. There are no astronauts actually exploring space. There are unmanned ships flying aroung the place though, collecting information. Another example is the vehicle they sent to mars to gather information. Humans have never actually travelled beyond the moon, really, we have never "explored space". The distances to travel are so far, it would take years to even get out of the solar system. With current technology, it's impossible.
