Ice Cream has not been announced or released for the Toshiba Thrive. However, it is likely that Toshiba will release ICS, as this is their only Android tablet at the moment. Keep in mind that the other Tegra2/Honeycomb tablets are just now starting to get ICS. Toshiba has been relatively slow at releasing updates, and in fact violated their legal stipulation to release the kernel source within 30 days of release of the device ().

Once (if) ICS is released, it will show up in the "Service Center" app, and you will be able to upgrade OTA.
