If Obama with his law degree and 143 days of experience as a Senator can become Commander in Chief

The fact is you don't have the qualifications for any of those positions. The qualifications for President are spelled out in the Constitution of the United States of America.

The qualification reads as follows:

"No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States."

Not only is Senator Obama all of the above but he also had a profession as a "constitutional law professor". I think he would have known well before making his decision to run if he met those qualifications. Unlike John McCain where there is a question that still lingers in many minds about the absurity of his meeting the qualification of beng a natural born citizen. He was born in Panama which has never been a terrorty of the United States but only an occupied land. McCain was born on a miliatry base in that foreign land. Questionable and could be used as a last resort challenge many would support.

In addition Senator Obama has passed or attempted to pass, cowrote or wrote more than his share of legislation.

Fellow conservative patriots, remember when we opposed Bush’s unnecessary wars and spending?

Fellow conservative patriots, remember when we opposed Bush's unnecessary wars and spending?

“Earlier today, I ordered America's armed forces to strike military and security targets in Iraq. They are joined by British forces. Their mission is to attack Iraq's nuclear, chemical and biological weapons programs and its military capacity to threaten its neighbors…

“Other countries possess weapons of mass destruction and ballistic missiles. With Saddam, there is one big difference: He has used them. Not once, but repeatedly. Unleashing chemical weapons against Iranian troops during a decade-long war. Not only against soldiers, but against civilians, firing Scud missiles at the citizens of Israel, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Iran. And not only against a foreign enemy, but even against his own people, gassing Kurdish civilians in Northern Iraq.

”The international community had little doubt then, and I have no doubt today, that left unchecked, Saddam Hussein will use these terrible weapons again. "

Speech from the Oval Office by President William Clinton, explaining his attack on Iraq

reported by The Associated Press

Wednesday, December 16, 1998

Bill Clinton was impeached on December 19, 1998.

President Clinton orders attack on Iraq in 1998

Do a google video search on "democrat wmd" to see how many Democrats insisted that Saddam had WMD, all the way back to Al Gore in 1992.

WMD AND THE "LIARS" WHO SAID SADDAM HAD THEM

Gore To Bush: You Ignored Saddam's Terrorist Ties!

Al Gore lashes out face-to-face at President Bush, Sr. in 1992, accusing him of failing to act on Saddam's nuclear weapons and WMD programs.

Munitions Found in Iraq Meet WMD Criteria, Official Says

"WASHINGTON, June 29, 2006 – The 500 munitions discovered throughout Iraq since 2003 and discussed in a National Ground Intelligence Center report meet the criteria of weapons of mass destruction, the center's commander said here today. "

“Saddam Hussein is a tyrant who has tortured and killed his own people, even his own family members, to maintain his iron grip on power. He used chemical weapons on Iraqi Kurds and on Iranians, killing over 20 thousand people...

“In 1991, Saddam Hussein invaded and occupied Kuwait, losing the support of the United States. The first President Bush assembled a global coalition, including many Arab states, and threw Saddam out after forty-three days of bombing and a hundred hours of ground operations...

“In 1998, the United States also changed its underlying policy toward Iraq from containment to regime change and began to examine options to effect such a change, including support for Iraqi opposition leaders within the country and abroad.

“In the four years since the inspectors left, intelligence reports show that Saddam Hussein has worked to rebuild his chemical and biological weapons stock, his missile delivery capability, and his nuclear program. He has also given aid, comfort, and sanctuary to terrorists, including Al Qaeda members...

“It is clear, however, that if left unchecked, Saddam Hussein will continue to increase his capacity to wage biological and chemical warfare, and will keep trying to develop nuclear weapons. Should he succeed in that endeavor, he could alter the political and security landscape of the Middle East, which as we know all too well affects American security.

“Now this much is undisputed…”

“And finally, on another personal note, I come to this decision from the perspective of a Senator from New York who has seen all too closely the consequences of last year's terrible attacks on our nation. In balancing the risks of action versus inaction, I think New Yorkers who have gone through the fires of hell may be more attuned to the risk of not acting. I know that I am. “

Hillary Clinton’s Senate floor speech explaining her vote FOR war against Iraq

October 10, 2002

Do you believe in Nationalism, or Cosmopolitanism, and why?

Do you believe in Nationalism, or Cosmopolitanism, and why?

Had to look Cosmopolitanism up, pretty interesting. That sort of reflects how I feel. I'm not a fan of nationalism, never have been. I've always seen it like this: We are one people because we are all human. We share the same problems, the same hopes, the same fears, the same wants, and the same needs. What affects one, does affect all. Whether that affect is seen in the immediate or is seen later on down the road, eventually one nations ignored issue becomes a consequence that everyone else has to deal with due to that nations ineptitude and ignorance.

Nationalism is a moronic concept because it breaks the whole apart into separate groups and thereby separates necessary manpower needed to solve important problems that face humanity as whole. It removes the responsibility and obligation of responsibility away from everyone who instead should be focusing attention on all of the needs and problems at hand. By breaking people apart into groups, Problems that were once simple to solve and solute then become more complicated to and impossible to fix. Eventually the problem compounds upon itself which leads to global epidemics.

Nationalism also creates war, warring countries do not help each other in their times of need. If instead of warring over nationalistic rights, countries would be less reluctant to ask for help from other countries and would also more readily give help to other countries. Then with less attention and money going towards military and political wars, more money would be spent on recovery and stability, which would make that nation stronger, making it easier for them to offer help to other less fortunate countries, and that would make humanity that much stronger. It's the pay it forward clause. By helping one get stronger, you're helping them to be fit enough to one day help you when you need it. Instead using individual strengths to make each other weaker, you combine strengths to make each other stronger. Add in the domino effect, and one day the global economy could be strong enough to support all and then some, instead of having all struggle to keep alive individually.

Together we stand, Divided we fall. It's a concept that has done wonders for our country, and could do even more good if it's ever taught on a more global scale. We are better off fighting alongside of each other towards a common goal (namely humanity), then we are fighting against each other towards the same common goal on opposite sides. It's that simple. Either we will stand together and will save mankind from extinction, or we'll keep doing what we've been doing and will kill ourselves off one by one until there's no hope left for possible survival.
