Because they're being rediculus and stubborn. Naw. It's probably because ts2 already has all of the expansions and updates it's ever going to, so most of the glitches and such are fixed already, whereas in ts3, everybody is finding a new flitch or other issue to complain about every day. Scaring off some of the potential customers.
