well in actuallity you have to have 4 miricals happen by praying to the Saint to become a saint so what if you did little miricals such as
Little Jimmy wanted to have cookies for breakfast lunch and dinner so he asked st. cookie monster to help him then the next day they came out with cookies that tasted better then regular ones idk just trying to help lolz i probably sund stupid :(
Cookie Monster Cupcakes ?
Well you can always get blue frosting at the store, stuff it in a ziploc bag, squeeze it all into the corner, cut a little slit off the corner and pipe it to give it that furry look. I think that way looks better than the blue stuff in that pic.Then for the eyes you can look at a picture of cookie monster and see what kind of candies would best fit the look of his eyes. (i suggest white gumballs with some kind of edible black dough for the center) Just use any kind of cupcake recipe and wait for them to fully cool down once out of the oven to decorate them.
