A good patty melt type burger is sourdough bread, sliced cheese. I prefer American or provolone, grilled onions, homemade 1,000 island dressing, tomatoes also quickly heated in the skillet, and then of course the burger in the middle. Butter the outsides of the bread and toast.

I like just a plain ol burger with cheese no bun or anything and fry sauce and salt.

****And also just some plain old seasoned salt on the fries will make them taste amazing.

Is eating two burgers a day bad? too much?

Is eating two burgers a day bad? too much?

Well I wouldn't suggest for you to eat so many burgers as they are fatty (unless you're trying to gain weight), but 2 a day is a bit much. I suggest you cut down as too much meat will sit in your stomach for a long time. It seems like you haven't had fatty food a lot, but you need to balance your diet (veggies, grains, fruits). Two large meals a day are worse than four or five small ones. Maybe eat one every other day, or perhaps two every week, but two is a bit too much.
