That's not discrimination. Working at Hollister and American Eagle at the same time is called "Conflict of Interest." You can't work for both since they are competitors. It's usually stated within company Policy and Procedure.
So hiring you at AE would be a violation of policy and working for a competitor of Hollister, you could possibly be in violation of Hollister's policy as well.
